Method: Built up.

Built up is a method of making cocktail, to make Tom Collins Cocktail or John Collins Cocktail simply take a collins glass add all the ingredients excluding carbonated water and add ice cubes to the drink and top it up with carbonated water. Or stirr the drink using a bar spoon to mix the ingredients to make a well balanced drink.
