Built-up is a method of making cocktails, This method is a very simple and easy way to make a cocktail. To make Gin Fizz Cocktail, simply take the collins glass, add gin lemon juice, simple syrup and add ice cubes and top it up with soda water. Give it a small stir using a bar spoon to mix and balance the drink.
