    A Gin and tonic, or less frequently, gin tonic, is a highball cocktail made with gin and tonic water poured over a large amount of ice into a high ball glass. The recipe for gin and tonic is simply made using the gin and tonic itself. The best gin for gin and tonic would be Bombay Sapphire, using a Blue Ribbon would be an Indian Gin and Tonic. There are fewer calories in gin and tonic cocktail. There are many other Gin and Tonic variations.

    Built-up is a method of making a cocktail, To make Gin and Tonic cocktail simply take a high ball glass, add lots of ice, gin and top it up with tonic water and give it a small stir, to mix up the well-balanced drink.
